MISSION
JDB Construction Sp. z o.o. strives to achieve its primary objective of meeting the expectations and needs of clients and other stakeholders in the execution of construction projects in both public and private sectors. This includes construction, finishing and revitalization works, as well as the execution of large-scale energy investments, while ensuring compliance with Environmental Protection and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

POLICY DECLARATION
1. The Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policy is a fundamental element of the company’s overall strategy.
2. The policy is implemented with the involvement of management and participation of all employees.
3. Our key objectives include:
– Delivering services that meet growing customer expectations and strengthening our reputation as a reliable partner;
– Preventing incidents, workplace accidents, occupational diseases and near-miss events;
– Eliminating hazards and reducing occupational risks;
– Performing work in compliance with applicable regulations and continuously improving H&S performance;
– Ensuring active employee participation and consultation in H&S matters;
– Cooperating with suppliers that ensure compliance with construction and energy law requirements;
– Building a unique organizational identity distinguishing the company from competitors;
– Continuously improving employee qualifications and engagement in Environmental Protection and H&S;
4. Providing adequate resources, including human resources, to implement this policy effectively.
5. Protecting employees from retaliation related to reporting incidents, risks or improvement suggestions.
6. Achieving objectives through risk-based thinking and continuous improvement of the management system.
7. As the employer, the Management Board assumes responsibility for the implementation and continuous improvement of this policy.
8. The company’s primary goal is full customer satisfaction.
